If you’re ever nervous about taking your rig in for repair or maintenance, you need to call these guys first. They are professional, considerate, communicate well, and you will have absolutely no fear of inflated charges or getting things you don’t need. They are so incredibly knowledgeable and really care about their customers and their needs. The work they did on my PC not only brought it back to life, but they made it look better than the day. I got it, and didn’t even charge me for it. They were happy to meet my every request and made sure the end result was exactly what I wanted. A huge shout out to Andrew who is a BEAST! Luis is the man! I spent a pretty penny assembling parts for a small form factor gaming pc. I'm somewhat experienced in building, but the small form factor proved too complex for my tiny brain. Rather than cramming everything in there and potentially ruining my expensive components, I brought it to Total Techs. Luis regularly checked in with updates, and he finished my project beautifully. Walked me through exactly what he did and offered advice when I had questions. Maybe not the cheapest place in town, but the service is absolutely worth every penny. I can never thank Total Techs enough for what they have done for me. After the sudden passing of my husband, I was left with an extremely complicated home network that I couldn't understand, let alone manage. My daughter recommended Total Techs so I went there and spoke to Kelly. Kelly said Sam would be able to help me and sent him out to my home. Long story short, Sam is amazing, and was exactly the right person to help me with my issues. He simplified my home network and turned off things I didn't want or need. My husband had me drop off our gaming laptops for a deep cleaning when I walked in the front desk was so nice and polite and then Luis was super great to work with. I had no idea what my husband wanted so I just handed him my phone so they could talk. Luis was so kind and nice, he did a fantastic job! Seriously we were taken care of to the max. I recently had issues with my high end PC crashing while under heavy loads. I was extremely reluctant to hand it over to any kind of repair shop due to bad previous experiences. All I can say is that the Total Tech team far exceeded my expectations and were extremely professional and thourough. Their receptionist was very patient and helpful throughout my many questions and phone calls. After their technician finished the repair I recieved a very detailed email describing step by step the actions taken to resolve the issue. I've been having issues with my gaming PC for about a year now. From the start, Kevin was super friendly and knowledgeable about the whole process. I ended up needing a new liquid cooling system and fans installed - Kevin was super vocal and kept me up to date with what was happening. I cant say I've had a lot of luck in regards to pc repair for gaming PCs in the magic valley prior to this, so I would fully recommend Kevin and his team for any of your needs in this area. I had to wire up a new refrigeration control with a Wi-Fi antenna however, I did not have an open port to plug my equipment into. I called Kevin with Total Techs and he got on it right away and sent Triston out within an hour. Triston easily installed a new switch and I was up and running promptly! Great place to take your gaming pc. They swaped out my graphics card and even set up my fans to have optimal air flow. The whole team has a great attitude when it comes to novice pc owners, and if you have any questions about your problem, they are pretty good at finding a solution for your needs. Kevin was great giving me advice when I was a victim of Identity theft. The scum bags hacked my windows computer even with a McAfee "protection", we have since then did a complete clean out on my windows computer but we also purchased LifeLocke, which is far better than MaAfee security. Omg! These guys are over the top with tech services and customer care. Fix my issues within a couple hours. Yes had to do windows reinstall which was ok with me.
