Customer's reviews
I honestly don't know how to put into words my complete satisfaction with this company. I called them having no idea what I was doing to install Starlink and Kevin (he's legit my hero) guided me through the ordering process and scheduling for them to come out and install it. As soon as the equipment arrived, I was on the schedule for an install within days of my phone call. The tech that come out was extremely knowledgable and answered any and all questions I had. He was in and out so quickly and was so respectful of our home. 5 stars truly isn't enough stars to give this company! I will absolutely be calling them in the future for any tech needs (and probably emotional support at this point too!)

If you’re ever nervous about taking your rig in for repair or maintenance, you need to call these guys first. They are professional, considerate, communicate well, and you will have absolutely no fear of inflated charges or getting things you don’t need. They are so incredibly knowledgeable and really care about their customers and their needs. The work they did on my PC not only brought it back to life, but they made it look better than the day. I got it, and didn’t even charge me for it. They were happy to meet my every request and made sure the end result was exactly what I wanted. A huge shout out to Andrew who is a BEAST! Do yourself a favor and call these guys first for anything you need. Like me I guarantee you will never go anywhere else again.

Luis is the man!
I spent a pretty penny assembling parts for a small form factor gaming pc. I'm somewhat experienced in building, but the small form factor proved too complex for my tiny brain.
Rather than cramming everything in there and potentially ruining my expensive components, I brought it to Total Techs.
Luis regularly checked in with updates, and he finished my project beautifully. Walked me through exactly what he did and offered advice when I had questions.
Maybe not the cheapest place in town, but the service is absolutely worth every penny. Next time I need help with a computer, I'll be back.
Did I mention that Luis is the man?
