Lifesavers doesn’t even begin to cover it! Kevin and the entire team at Total Techs IT LLC are absolutely incredible. My entire livelihood depends on having reliable access to my computer, so when I was suddenly hit with the dreaded blue screen of death—just 24 hours before boarding a plane—panic instantly set in. With no backup plan and everything on the line, I brought my laptop to Kevin and his team. They were complete magicians! Not only did they go above and beyond to get me back up and running, but they did it so quickly and professionally that I only lost a few hours instead of days of work. They were friendly, understanding, prompt—and honestly even entertaining while I waited. It’s rare to find a team that combines this level of technical expertise with such excellent customer service. If there was a 10 star rating I would happily give it to TotalTechs -Bought an in the box new HP Desktop, and it needed warranty work immediately-Didn't want to mess with that- Took it into Kevin-Was treated so well I could not believe it They not only solved the problem ,but increased capacity, and set it up for my needs as well--for a way more than fair charge--This old non tech savvy man could not be more pleased--Thanks guys from the bottom of my heart---- ~ Robert T
